GreenMark: testing with first users completed

We have completed the first round of testing of the GreenMark platform together with three accommodation providers, whose feedback proved essential to refining the product.

Rather than building in isolation, we chose to develop GreenMark alongside the people who will actually use it. Working directly with real hosts allowed us to see where the experience could be clearer and faster, and to act on it immediately.

Based on their suggestions, we simplified the steps of the questionnaire, sped up the overall assessment process, and made the recommendations more concrete and genuinely useful. Each change was driven by a real need voiced by a real user — an approach that ensures the platform reflects the day-to-day realities of small accommodation providers rather than assumptions about them.

The next step is the public launch and the wider rollout of GreenMark, first across the Croatian market and subsequently across Europe. We are grateful to everyone who took part in the testing for their valuable contribution.
